Our factory has our own casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly, coating, testing equipment etc., which can ensure the direct and effective quality control of each link from the raw material ratio to the completion of product production. The complete production line can effectively monitor the product quality at all stages of production and ensure the production delivery date.

Our factory covers an area of more than 50000 square meters, with more than 30 / 70 professional engineers. We can make single castings with a maximum weight of 10 tons and a maximum part diameter of 6.4 meters. There are 3 numerical control heat treatment furnaces, each of which is 6m×5.5mx2.5m in size. The monthly production capacity is 700 / 900 tons. We have the ability to assemble a 2500mm high pump. The capacity of the crane is 20 tons.

Many intermediate frequency induction furnaces cast batches of neat and smooth casting products; they can meet the various requirements of different customers and different projects for pump materials. Casting materials include cast iron, high chromium alloy(Cr27MoNi), different grades of stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS316L, duplex steel, etc.), brass, bronze, etc.
